Book of Mormon challenge

I am really grateful for a living prophet to guide us in these crazy days. I still don't really understand how the Book of Mormon is going to bless my life but consequently it is a book that has brought me peace taught me to simplify. Inspired me to be a better mom and wife. And brought me closer to our Savior. If you haven't already started the Book of Mormon so you can finish it by the end of the year I would really encourage you. I'll bring you blessings you don't even know you need or desire. The Book of Mormon was written years ago but currently brings magnitudes of tender mercies. It will change your heart to be softer, stronger and kinder. I am really grateful for friends that are reading this at the same time as me and for millions of members of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints.

My heart

Life is really wonderful. Life is also really challenging. Hardships and sadness could pour into and then out of me everyday. I've been so lucky to retire 😉😉 or quit my job and be home with the babes for over a year and a half. Being home is a sacrifice in many ways and sometimes I think mentally it would be easier to go back to work and just do a job because let's be real but having had my mom home with me then having this opportunity to do it. We did it. We were only using my pay check as savings when I was working so the money would always be nice because I love love love to save money but  E and I are fas more important to us. Chris is a lovely provider and partner in life. We are greatly blessed to have the connection we do. I'm deeply grateful for his parents for raising him like a gentleman and with the mindset of being a partner. We have been blessed so many times.

My family is the best thing that's ever happened to me and I'm really so happy. Love you guys.

Thanksgiving with Grandpa and Grandma and Simon Wilson

Thanksgiving was really fun with the Wilson family I'm being able to be with one another and chat. We played our favorite game quiplash and we are all laughing. The cousins had so much fun together. They played in the tent and playing with the train in the toy room. For me the food is never the highlight it's getting together and that was true for this time too. We've been enjoying a lot of leftovers just been very pleasant and delicious. We are grateful to have health and family nearby and of course cute kids.

Stuffed mushrooms

16 oz jimmy dean sausage
4 pieces of scallions (green onions, chopped)
Fresh mushrooms
16 oz cream cheese (room temp or microwave til soft)
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder and onion powder to taste

350 degrees for 20 minutes

Cook the sausage, soak up as much grease as you can. While the sausage is cooking chop the scallions, set aside. De-stem the mushrooms, rise them off, pat them dry, place on cookie sheet. Mix the sausage, cream cheese, scallions, garlic powder, and onion powder together, use 2 spoons to scoop the mixture into the mushrooms, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms, back at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
